3. Connecting to a Server (CTRL + INSERT)

Using Aqua Data Studio 7.0 to connect to a Server


Locate the Server	Select the Database	Popup	Green Icon - Connected

To Connect a registered Server :

Locate the Server in the Server Browser
Select the Database
Right Click on the Database Server - A Popup Menu Appears. Click on the first Item which displays Connect
Once the icon changes to green color, you are connected to the Server. You can expand the tree node to view the Schema Objects. Numerous tools like Query Analyzer, Query Builder, ER Modeler aids in assists with your operations

Tip : Select the Database Server you want to connect to and use the keyboard combination "CTRL + INSERT" to quickly Connect to the Server
